2. TPS out of adjustment

4. ISC malfunction
Problem: Medium or high speed impaired

1. Test, charge, and/or replace battery
2. Drain gas tank and fill with clean gas
3. Clean or replace air filter/housing or replace

2. Adjust TPS

4. Inspect/replace ISC
