Chapter 3: Installing and Using the Wi-Fi Phone
This chapter provides instructions for first-time installation and use of the Wi-Fi Phone. You will insert the battery
into the Wi-Fi Phone and then set it up for your wireless network and Internet phone service. Then you will be able
to make and receive Internet phone calls.
Inserting the Battery into the Wi-Fi Phone
To insert the battery, follow these instructions:
1.
Remove the cover of the battery compartment. Push down on the button and slide the cover downward.
2.
Insert the battery. Make sure the metal contacts of the battery line up with the metal contacts of the
battery compartment.
3. Insert the door and slide it upward until it snaps into place.
Proceed to the next section, "Powering on the Wi-Fi Phone."
