Remove any dust on the LED on the ENDING (REAR) LED
Board, or on the light receptor on the ENDING (REAR)
POSITION SENSOR Board
Check that the LED on the ENDING (REAR) LED Board, the
light receptor on the ENDING (REAR) SENSOR Board and the
slot location on the carrier board are properly aligned
Check the ENDING (REAR) LED Board Cable
Check the STARTING POSITION LED Board Cable
Check the RELAY ( LOWER ) Board Cable
Check the Ending (REAR) Sensor Cable
Check the POINTER DETECTOR Board Cable
Replace the ENDING (REAR) LED Board
Replace the STARTING POSITION LED Board
