8.3.2. CIS (Contact type Image Sensor)
Back
(1) Remove Sensor Roller 1.
(2) Remove screw and Conveyor Plate Lower 2.
(3) Remove Drive Roller 3.
(4) Remove 4 hexagonal bolts.
(5) Disconnect all connectors.
(6) Remove the CIS Back.
(7) Remove 4 screws on the both sides of CIS Plate.
8.3.3. Conveyor Roller (1) - (3)
(1) Remove the Side Panel (L). (See 8.2.7)
(2) Open the Front Door.
(3) Remove 4 screws and Turn Conveyor Plate(outer).
(4) Remove E-Rings from both sides of roller, and
remove bearing and gear.
8.3.4. Driver Roller (1) - (3)
(1) Open the Front Door.
(2) Remove Conveyor Plate Lower 2. (See 8.3.2-(2))
(3) Unlock the rollers from the notching hole of chassis and
remove them.
(4) Remove E-Rings from both sides of roller, and remove
bearing and gear.
