Description
This button starts a copy or scan job.
This light indicates an error condition or warning that
requires your attention.
The light appears green when the printer is ready to
receive data, and blinks when the printer is busy receiving
data.
This button deletes numeric values or the last digit entered
using the alphanumeric keys.
This button provides access to the address book. This
button activates when you access the Scan to E-Mail menu
only.
This button displays the selected menu or selects the
current menu option.
Use this button to navigate to the previous menu item.
This screen displays status messages, menus, and toner
levels.
This button provides access to the Scan menu.
This button provides access to the Print menu.
Press the Color Mode button to toggle the selection
between color and black and white.
These lights indicate which color mode is selected.
