Integrated Management Log
The IML records hundreds of events and stores them in an easy-to-view form. The IML timestamps each event
with 1-minute granularity.
You can view recorded events in the IML in several ways, including the following:

From within HP SIM
•
From within HP UEFI System Utilities (on page 72)
•
From within the Embedded UEFI shell
•
From within operating system-specific IML viewers:
For Windows: IML Viewer

For Linux: IML Viewer Application

HP UEFI System Utilities
The HP UEFI System Utilities is embedded in the system ROM. The UEFI System Utilities enable you to perform
a wide range of configuration activities, including:
•
Configuring system devices and installed options
•
Enabling and disabling system features
•
Displaying system information
•
Selecting the primary boot controller
•
Configuring memory options
•
Selecting a language
•
Launching other pre-boot environments such as the Embedded UEFI Shell and Intelligent Provisioning
