General Carefully read the instructions in this manual as they contain important information re- garding proper, efficient and safe installation, use and maintenance of the appliance. Keep this manual in a safe place for eventual use by other operators of the appliance. The installation of this appliance must be carried out in accordance with the manufactur- er’s instructions and following local regulations.
22.3.2006 Rev. 2.0 Safety 2. Safety 2.1 Safe use of the appliance All operators involved in the present machine use, installation, maintenance and servic- ing, must read this manual carefully. An operator must take care of cutting and electric danger: the machine has a sharp blade driven by electric motor.

Functional description 3.1 Application of the appliance The machine must be used for cutting eatable products with sizes which are in relation to cutting capacity and with a weight that does not endanger its balance. Frozen and overseasoned products are not provided for use in the machine.

Before loading or unloading the product on the platform, check that regulator knob is in home position and that blade is at standstill.

22.3.2006 Rev. 2.0 Operation instructions 4.3.3 Sharpening Carry on with blade sharpening after checking that machine is switched off. It is necessary that blade is cleaned and grease is very well removed. Make sure that the machine is switched off. Loosen the knob (K) and lift the sharpening device upwards, turn it 180 degrees clockwise and lock to place by tightening the knob.

All packing components are classified as solid urban waste; do not dispose of them in the environment. Take the machine out of the packaging by seizing it by its base; machine weight is spec- ified in the chapter “Technical Specifications”...
