An operator must take care of cutting and electric danger: the machine has a sharp blade driven by electric motor. -

Functional description 3.1 Application of the appliance The machine must be used for cutting eatable products with sizes which are in relation to cutting capacity and with a weight that does not endanger its balance. Frozen and overseasoned products are not provided for use in the machine. -

Before loading or unloading the product on the platform, check that regulator knob is in home position and that blade is at standstill. -

22.3.2006 Rev. 2.0 Operation instructions 4.3.3 Sharpening Carry on with blade sharpening after checking that machine is switched off. It is necessary that blade is cleaned and grease is very well removed. Make sure that the machine is switched off. Loosen the knob (K) and lift the sharpening device upwards, turn it 180 degrees clockwise and lock to place by tightening the knob. -
