BAROMETRIC PRESSURE
The barometric pressure setting is displayed below the Altimeter in inches of mercury
(in Hg) or hectopascals (hPa) when metric units are selected.

Selecting the altimeter barometric pressure setting:

Turn the large right Knob associated with the PFD to set the barometric
pressure.
Or:
1) Touch the Barometric Pressure on the PFD.
2) Enter the desired pressure using the keypad and touch Enter.
BAROMETRIC MINIMUM ALERT
For altitude awareness, a barometric Minimum Descent Altitude (MDA) or Decision
Height (DH) can be set by the user and is reset when the power is cycled. Once the
user-defined altitude is within the range of the tape, a light blue bug appears at the
reference altitude on the Altimeter. Once the aircraft reaches the user-defined MDA/
DH, the bug and text turn yellow and the aural alert, "Minimums Minimums", is heard.
