Smart Organizing Monitor utility. Note that you can also confirm connection status using

Monitor.
Before proceeding, please check the following:
Printer power switch is On.
You have successfully completed Steps 1-4.
To check connection status, proceed as follows:
1. Click [Start]
2. Wait a moment, as software checks for a connection. If the
connection is successful, the displays reads, Ready (or Energy Saver
Mode 2). If the connection failed, the display reads, No Response
from I/O Device.

To connect manually, e.g., the printer is
networked via an Ethernet cable, click [Connect Printer], click
drop-down menu [], and select [Connect Printer]. Enter
printer's IP
search for the printer, click [Search Network Printer].
3. Click [X] to close Smart Organizing Monitor.
