Connection Succeeded: If the Power indicator lights, the connection between the printer
and router was successful.
Connection Failed: If all indicators flash simultaneously, and after 30
seconds only the Power indicator lights, the connection failed. Check
that the router is properly configured and try again.
Important:
If you are configuring the printer again, e.g., you have changed the device's location, use the
following method to reset the printer to factory defaults, and then repeat steps 1-2.
Factory Defaults: Hold down [Job Reset] and [Stop/Start] keys, and then turn machine On. When
Alert indicator (middle LED) starts flashing, release keys. Turn printer power switch Off, and then On.
5. Next, install Printer Driver and Utility. See

If your router doesn't support WPS, for instance older routers, there are two ways to manually configure
wireless LAN settings, using the bundled Smart Organizing Monitor utility or the embedded
Monitor
utility.

your computer, as well as print

Wireless router is working correctly, e.g., you can wirelessly connect to the Internet from your laptop.
Printer power switch is On.
Printer is connected to network (via Ethernet cable).
