How to Set the Display Format
The format in which date, time and other displayed items are shown may be set from
the [Display Format] menu. The [Display Format] is accessed from the [System] menu.
Menu option
[HDG/COG Ref]
Sets the format in which heading is dis-
played.
[Mag. Var. ]
Sets how to add magnetic variation
(automatically or manually). This item is
only available when [COG/HDG Ref] is
set to [True]. When using a magnetic
heading sensor, the magnetic variation
is required to display a correct True
heading. If there is an EPFS device
connected to the same network, set this
option to [Auto]. To set the variation
manually, set this option to [Manual].
[Time Offset]
Sets the UTC time offset.
[Time Display]
Sets the format in which the time is
displayed.
[Date Display]
Sets the format in which the date is dis-
played.
D = Day, M = Month, Y = Year
[Wind Display]
Sets the format in which wind speed and
angle is displayed.
[Position Format]
Sets the format in which position
coordinates are displayed.
