What Is Happening
When you are using the Program
Guide or Browse Banner, some
channels are missing.
Watching a Program
What Is Happening
The TV Viewing Status screen is
displayed when you turn on the TV
(and you didn't press the red button).
The receiver's front panel power light
is on, but the TV image is black, blue,
or snowy.
The TV image has pixels (small
squares), is freezing, or you have
intermittent black screens.
