Remove the handle bar & its packaging (Fig. 4) from
the center packed location.
Note: Do not remove any tape holding the two front
foam packing half's until step 12.

Remove the hardware pack, seat, handle bar post,
ION console, seat post, & spare parts pack from
the foam covering the front section of the Spinner
frame (Fig. 5).
Note: Do not remove any tape holding the two front

6.
Tilt the packaged Spinner frame towards the heavy
flywheel end (Fig. 6) and remove the following: front
foot assembly, pedal set, & the rear foot assembly from
their packaged location.
