Resistance Control

Pedaling resistance is controlled by the resistance knob. Resistance adjustments can be made while riding to vary the intensity of
your workout. To increase resistance, turn the Push Brake System knob clockwise (+); to decrease resistance, turn the knob
counter-clockwise (-).
NOTE: In case of emergency, you may press directly down on the Push Brake System knob to bring the flywheel to an
abrupt stop.
