    ETUP E-UB UPRIGHT BIKE ASSEMBLY AND SETUP Use the following procedures to unpack and assemble your STAR TRAC E-UB UPRIGHT BIKE. NPACKING Open the shipping carton, remove all parts from the carton and foam inserts, and verify that the following parts are included in your ship- ment: Bike Frame .

Learning the features and incorporating the STAR TRAC E SERIES BIKE into your members' fitness programs is just as easy. In this chapter, you will learn the display function and how to get the most out of every STAR TRAC E SERIES BIKE workout.

Experiment with its features to find the right combination for your fitness regimen.     Heart rate monitoring allows you to determine if your workout is too challenging or not challenging enough. Monitoring heart rate is easy with the STAR TRAC E SERIES BIKE. You may use a heart rate strap (not provided with the E SERIES BIKE), or you can simply grasp the silver contact heart rate grips.

    PRESET PROGRAMS The STAR TRAC E SERIES BIKES offer 10 preset programs to add variety and challenge to your workout, including the advanced TRAINING TOOLS function that provides four cardio-intensive training programs and a Fitness Test.
