condition of the recording, or when playing a title
recorded in the HQ (high quality) or HSP (high
standard play) recording mode. The picture freezes for
a few seconds when you use fast forward/fast reverse
or instant replay/advance.
You can also play a DVD VIDEO (digital video
disc, video), VIDEO CD (video compact disc),
Super VIDEO CD (super video compact disc), CD
(compact disc), DATA DVD (data digital video
disc), or DATA CD (data compact disc) while
recording on the HDD (hard disc drive).
Example: Play another title on the HDD (hard
disc drive) while recording to the HDD (hard
disc drive).

While recording, press TITLE LIST (title list)
to display the HDD (hard disc drive) Title
List.

Select the title you want to play, and press
ENTER (enter).

Select "Play" from the sub-menu, and press
ENTER (enter).
Playback starts from the selected title.

into the recorder.
