1 2. Troubleshooting
When an error occurs in the UPS, error data is displayed on the LCD screen and the
waveform is saved. This section will describe the types of errors, the error messages
displayed on the LCD screen, the process of saving waveforms and the procedures to
correct the errors.

The following types of errors may occur in the UPS:

Description
The U PS has been tripped and has stopped operati ng.
The U PS is on Bypass.
Power is supplied from the battery. When the warn ing is corrected,
power wi l l automatically be supplied from the AC i nput.
The U PS transfers to Bypass supply and the U PS stops operati ng.
When the warn ing is corrected, the U PS wi l l automatically be
restarted and revert to U PS supply.
An error or a phenomena related to an error occu rred . Si nce this
problem does not di rectly affect operatio n , the system switches to
synchron ized mode.
An error or indication of an error has occu rred , but operation was
not affected .
