Cylinder Installation; Cylinder Head - Suzuki RG250 Service Manual

CYLINDER
• Install the cylinder with aligning the exhaust
valves.
CYLINDER HEAD
• Be sure to replace cylinder head gasket with
new one to prevent gas leakage.
NOTE:
Be sure to identify that " Top" marked sur-
face is cylinder head side.
• Mount the cylinder head on the cylinder
block.
• Tighten the 8·mm nuts and 6-rnm bolts to
specification with a torque wrench sequential-
ly
in
the ascending order of numbers.
