Fork Spring - Suzuki RG250 Service Manual

Hold the front fork vertical and adjust the fork oil
level wit h t he special tool.
NOTE :
When adju sting oil level, remove the fork
spring and compress the inner tube fully .

When installing the fork spring. small pitch end
should position in top.
When reinstalling the front fork assembly,
it
must
be 5 mm in height between upper surface

of the inner tube and the upper surface

upper bracket.
Adj ust the both fork spring preload adjuster to
same position.
