Attaching the LWD condenser
(1)
Rotate the condenser focus knob on
the substage to lower the condenser
holder to the lowermost position. And
then, insert the LWD condenser into the
condenser holder.
(2)
Adjust the LWD condenser so that the
aperture diaphragm lever comes to the
front. Then, tighten the clamp screw on
the left side.

Attaching the chamber holder and the
acrylic chamber
(1)
Place the chamber holder on the stage
with the flat surface facing up, then
attach the acrylic chamber on the
chamber holder.
(2)
Adhere a cover glass to the bottom of
the acrylic chamber with a silicone
adhesive or so on to prevent water
leaks.

Attaching the sliding nosepiece or the single objective holder
(1)
Rotate the coarse focus knob to move the
nosepiece arm to the center of the vertical
stroke.
(2)
Insert the provided hexagonal screwdriver
into the hole on the right side of the
eyepiece mount part. And then, tighten the
M4 hexagonal socket head set screw on the
right side of the arm.
(3)
Insert the sliding nosepiece or the single
objective holder into the dovetail on the
nosepiece arm.
(4)
Push in the sliding nosepiece of the single
objective holder as far as it will go and fix it
with the M4 hexagonal socket head set screw.
