Preliminary operations

Engine oil drainage
Gear lever disassembly
Engine left crankcase cover disassembly
Oil force pump disassembly
• Disassemble the following parts:
- Stop ring (1)
- Cover (3) with seal (2)
- Inner rotor (4)
- Outer rotor (5)
- Needle roller (6)
Oil force pump assembly
• Lubricate needle roller (6), outer rotor (5), and inner rotor (4).
Molykote D Paste
• Assemble the following parts:
- Needle roller (6)
- Outer rotor (5), and inner rotor (4) with reference mark pointing out
- Cover (3) with seal (2)
- Stop ring (1)
