Displaying the Current Department ID/User Name
Press [▼] or [▲] until [Display Dept.ID/User Name] appears ➞
press [Display Dept.ID/User Name].
Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].
The selected mode is set.
IMPORTANT
If you set Display Dept. ID/User Name to 'On', and you are not using a login
service, the Department ID/user name is not displayed.
Press [Done] repeatedly until the Basic Features screen
appears.
