Time and Date

To adjust the time and date on the entire system, you need only adjust the clock at one
extension using the Basic password. The clock, which also controls the schedules for
your routing and ringing features, must be re-set after a power failure.

CHANGING THE TIME AND DATE SETTINGS

Use this feature to change the clocks to GMT (winter) and BFT (summer) times. Clocks in spring is
**forward and in fall is **back. In this example, the time is changed to 1:30 p.m. and the date is changed
from January 1, 2001, to July 15, 2001.
ACTION
1. Place the programming overlay over the appropriate buttons on
your programming telephone (refer to "PROGRAMMING
OVERLAYS" on page 5).
2. Press ≤ followed by ••°›fl‹ (the Time and Date
code) followed by ¤¤‡›¤ (the Basic password).

4. Use the keypad to enter the two-digit hour. The display shows
one or two digits. The display prompts you to choose AM or PM.
