recovering rAid Array
1. If you see a number for an HDD which <Status> states Faulty/Removed, then check the location of the
HDD to be replaced in the HDD map. In addition, check the location of the HDD for which the HDD LED is
highlighted in red.
2. Replace the malfunctioning HDD from the NVR with a new HDD.
3. After replacing the HDD, if the recovery popup appears, click on the <oK> button.
4. When recovery starts, the LED for the replaced HDD will blink in orange.
The <device> - <Storage device> - <rAid> menu will show the progress of recovery.
Replace it with the same model of HDD or an HDD of the same capacity from the same manufacturer.

A HDD used to build the RAID should be one of the recommended models.

If it's not possible to use the same model of HDD, then use the HDD with the same capacity from the same manufacturer
should be used.
If you remove the power cord while using the RAID, it can damage it, so be careful.

For reliable power, it is recommended you use the UPS.
