Problem
Recording is not performed in accordance with the
settings.
The iSCSI disconnect icon and the error message
pop up window will appear.
The recording screen will slow down.

y If the recording status shows that the input data is exceeded.
Then go to Menu – Recording – Recording Setting, and set the max data
capacity to greater than the input data.
y Exceeding of HDD performance is displayed in recording status.
Set the total recording amount referring to the table below.

y Check if the iSCSI port is connected to the network cable.
y Check the IP address setting of the iSCSI equipment.
y Try a ping test.
y Check if the recording spec for each HDD condition (refer to the recording
setting in menu) is appropriate for the actual recording setting.
y Only main video frames will play if the data data processing rate exceeds the
play performance (refer to the product specifications in menu).
