Maintenance; Maintenance Schedule - Jonsered FR2111 Operator's Manual

The following is a list of maintenance procedures that must be performed on the Rider. For those points not
described in this manual, visit an authorised service workshop.

Maintenance

Check the engine oil level
Check the engine's cooling air intake
Check the fuel pump's air filter
Check the steering wires
Check the brakes
Check the battery
Check the safety system
Check nuts and bolts
Check for any fuel or oil leakage
Clean around the silencer
Check the silencer
Change the engine oil
Replace the air filter's prefilter on FR 2116
Check the mowing deck
Check the air pressure in the tyres (60 kPa/8.5 PSI)
Lubricate the belt adjuster
Lubricate joints and shafts
Adjust the brakes FR 2111, FR 2111 M
Check the V-belts
Check the transmission's cooling fins on FR 2113, 2116
Check the transmission's oil level on FR 2113, 2116
Adjust the parking brakes on FR 2113, 2116
Inspecting and adjusting the throttle cable
Clean the engine's and transmission's cooling fins
Replace the air filter's prefilter and paper filter
Replace the fuel filter
Replace the spark plug
1)
First change after 5 hours. Replace after every 25 hours with heavy loads or high temperatures.
2)
Under dusty conditions cleaning and replacement should take place more frequently.
3)
With daily use, the Rider should be lubricated twice weekly.
4)
Performed by an authorised service workshop.

WARNING!
No service operations may be performed on the engine or mowing deck unless:
• The engine has been stopped.
• The ignition key has been removed.
• The ignition cable has been removed from the spark plug.
