Call history

L4
Information about the last 200 incoming calls is
stored in the call history. The most recent call has
the highest entry number. (For example, if two
calls have been received, the call with the entry
number 002 in the call history is the more recent.)
You can review the call history to find out who has
called, return the call or save the caller's name
and number into the one-touch keys or directory.
When the call history is full, the earliest entry
is deleted to make room for new incoming call
information.
If a call is answered before the information
appears on the screen, it is not saved in the call
history.

Unreviewed and total calls

When your telephone is in idle mode, the screen
displays the number of new (unreviewed) calls and
the total number of calls.
11/23
Each time you review a call history entry marked
NEW, the number of new calls decreases by one.
