Check or print the print totals.
The print totals that belong to an entry without a Department ID (left blank) are
the number of prints from computers that do not correspond with a stored
Department ID (unknown ID).
q If you only want to check the counter:

Press [ w] or [v] to display the desired Department ID © check the print totals.
q If you want to print the displayed list:
❑
Press [Print List] © [Yes].
If you do not want to print the displayed list, press [No].
