4 Operation and Configuration
Mode
Interface > Network > Settings > IPv6 > Mode
Select the setting mode of the IP address.
The options are as follows:
• Auto: Automatically generate the IP address and gateway (stateless
mode).
• DHCP: Automatically retrieve the IP address and gateway from the
DHCP server automatically (stateful mode).
• Static: Manually set the IP address, gateway and subnet mask.
DHCP
Interface > Network > Settings > IPv6 > DHCP
Get the IP address from the DHCP server again.
Shows only if you have selected DHCP in Mode menu.
You can get the IP address again if you press the
soft button when Renew Lease shows on the screen.
IP Address
Interface > Network > Settings > IPv6 > IP Address
If you have selected Static in Mode menu, set the IP address.
The setting range is as follows:
0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 to ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff
Prefix Length
Interface > Network > Settings > IPv6 > Prefix Length
If you have selected Static in Mode menu, set the prefix.
The setting range is 1 to 128.
