Problem Solving
Projection stops automatically
Check
Is Sleep Mode set to On?
Is the air filter installed?
The message "Not supported" is displayed.
Check
Is the image signal format setting correct?
Only when projecting images from a video source
Are the image signal Resolution and the Refresh Rate
supported?
Only when projecting computer images
"No Signal" is displayed.
Check
Are the cables connected correctly?
Is the correct input port selected?
Is the power for the computer or video source turned on?
Press the [t] button to turn the power on. If you do not want to use Sleep Mode, change the setting to

Check that the air filter is securely installed.
The projector automatically turns off about one minute after it detects that there is no air filter.
Change the setting according to the signal for the connected equipment. s Signal Menu - Video
