1.PushtheG.O. C oach

2. Use theIncrease andDecrease b uttons to selectyourUser Profile(onecircle=User 1,twocircles=User 2) andpush
START.
3. Use theIncrease o r Decrease b uttonsto selecteithera Time,Distance or Calorie workout, a ndpushSTART.
Thedefaultworkout valuesare:Time = 30:00minutes, D istance = 1.5miles,Calories = 450calories.
4.Adjusttheworkout v aluewith theIncrease a nd Decrease b uttons.
5. Push START. Aftera 3 second, audible countdown, yourG.O. C oach
T M
Workout will begin.
Note:Besureto readandfollow the "Before You Start"sectionofyourmanual.
Pausingor Stopping
1.Witha firm holdonthe Handlebars, stepoff of thebeltsandontotheSideFoot S upport Platforms oneithersideof
theTreadles.
2.PushSTOP to pause the workout. Thebeltswill slowto a complete stop.
Note:if a paused workoutis notrestarted in 5 minutes, the machine will shutdownandclearall workout
values.
Torestartyourworkout, p ush the START button.Toendyourworkout, p ushSTOP a gain.TheConsole will display your
results.
