QuickStart Workout
WiththeQuick StartWorkout, youhave30 minutes to work yourway to thetopof a landmark
structure.During theworkout, y ourprogress i s updated ona landmark structure display. I f
youworkoutpastthe30 minutes, t he landmark s tructure willclearandallowyouto climbit
again.Thenextlandmark s tructure will beactivated fora newworkout.
Tobegin a Quick Startworkout, p ushtheSTART buttonfrom IdleMode. A ftera 3 second,
audible countdown, theworkout w ill begin.
Note:Besureto readandfollow the "Before You Start" section ofyourmanual.
Custom Quick Start Workout
TheConsole allows youto customize t he Quick Startworkout f ortime,distance, or calories. Thenew, c ustom workout v alue
will beapplied to thesegments o fthe landmark s tructure.
1.Push and hold the START buttonfor 2 seconds f rom IdleMode.
2. Use the Increase o r Decrease b uttons to selecteithera Time,Distance orCalorie workout, a ndpushSTART.
3.Adjusttheworkout v alue with theincrease andDecrease b uttons. T hiswillbethenew,custom workout v alue.
Thedefaultworkout v alues are:Time = 30:00minutes, D istance = ].5 miles,Calories = 450calories.
4. Push START. Your Custom Quick StartWorkout will beginafterthethreesecond, audible beep countdown.
Note:Quick startworkouts donotcount t oward theweekly, G .O. C oach
