- With the handset on-hook and the headset unconnected, tap the line key.
To answer a call using the headset:
Do one of the following:
With the headset connected.

Press the Answer soft key.
- With the headset connected, tap the line key.
Answering When in Another Call
If you are during an active call, an incoming call arrives on the phone, do one of the
following:
- Press or the Answer soft key.
The incoming call is answered and the original call is placed on hold.
To end a call:
Do one of the following:
If you are using the handset, press the End Call soft key, tap

- If you are using a headset, press the End Call soft key or tap
If you are using the speakerphone, tap

To redial the last placed call from your phone:
1. Press when the phone is off-hook.
A call to your last placed call is attempted.
To redial a previously placed call from your phone:
1. Press when the phone is idle to access the Dialed Calls list.
2. Tap the desired entry to dial out.
You can tap a call return key to place a call back to the last incoming call.
To configure a call return key via phone user interface:
1. Tap .
