Forward
You can use this key feature to forward an incoming call to someone else. For more
information, refer to
Dependencies:
Usage: Tap the memory key to forward an incoming call to the number specified in the
Value field.
Note
When leaving the Value field blank, the DSS key performs the same as the Forward soft
key when receiving an incoming call.
Transfer
You can use this key feature to perform a Blind/Attended/Semi-Attended Transfer during
a call. For more information, refer to
Dependencies:
Usage: Tap the memory key during a call to transfer the call to the number specified in
the Value field.
Note
When leaving the Value field blank, the
soft key or the Transfer key during a call.
Hold
You can use this key feature to place an active call on hold or retrieve the call.
Dependencies:
Usage:

Tap the memory key during an active call to place the call on hold.
2.
Tap the memory key again to retrieve the call.
DND
You can use this key feature to activate or deactivate the DND mode.
