How Would You Like Your Copy?

Setting the Paper Size for the Manual Bypass Tray

For copies on paper not loaded in a Drawer, or to copy onto
transparencies or special paper. The Manual Bypass Tray can
accommodate several sheets of copy paper.
Which types of paper can be used?
- Individual sheets of smooth, plain paper
(60 to 90 g/m
- Thick paper (90 to 157 g/m
- Transparencies
- Translucent paper
- Max. size 297 x 432 mm
- Min. size 100 x 140 mm
Maximum number of pages:
50 sheets of unprinted plain paper,
l
20 sheets of plain paper printed on one side,
l
20 sheets of thick paper, translucent paper and transparencies.
l
Place the original on the Original Glass.

Open the Manual Bypass Tray.

Insert the copying paper into the Manual Bypass Tray, as close as
possible to the feeder.

Ensure that the maximum paper
filling height is not exceeded (see
marking on the Multi Bypass Tray
Extender).

In the Basics Menu, touch the
[Paper] box.
The display will change.
