Toggling Copy Track Data
Activate a counter mode on your copier.
Activate the "100 Accounts" Mode to restrict copying to authorized
l
persons only.
Activate the "1000 Accounts" Mode to count the number of copies for
l
up to 1000 copy accounts.
In "1000 Accounts" Mode, any number from 1 to 999 (such as your job
number) can be used to access the copier. The copies made are
registered under the number that you entered.
Touch the User Mode box on the Control Panel.

Touch the [User's Choice] box on
the Touch Panel.
The display will change.

Touch the Tab [6/6].
The display will change.
Touch the [Administrator Mode]

box.
The display for the input of the
access number appears.

Enter your 4-digit Administrator Number on the 10-Key Pad.
