Manually Stapling Copies

Staple the copies subsequently by hand.
(only if Staple Sorter is available)

CAUTION
Danger of injury from the stapling unit
Never put your hands in the vicinity of the stapling position.

1 Align the copies evenly.
2 Place the copies with their front side
face up in the 1st Sorter Bin.
A key marked [Staple] will appear
on the touch panel.
? Is the [Staple] Key not on your
Touch Panel?
Ensure that the copies have

been inserted into the 1st Sorter
Bin and not in the Copy Tray.
Press the [Staple] box.

The paper stack in the Sorter Bin
will be stapled.
