– If "LDAP Search" (specified from the Network Setting screen) is set
to "Yes", a screen appears so that the search method can be se-
lected. If this screen appears, touch [Search One-Touch Keys].

Type in the name of the recipient, and then touch [Search].

A screen appears, containing the list of one-touch dial buttons pro-
grammed with a recipient whose name begins with the entered name.

Touch the desired one-touch dial button to select it.
– Multiple recipients can be specified for simultaneous transmission
with the same one-touch dial button. A maximum of 300 recipients
can be specified with a single one-touch dial button.
