Calling statistics of directory number

1 Select the required [DIRECTORY]
entry via the arrow keys.
2 Press the one-touch key
[5 - CURSOR RIGHT] to call
additional directory information:
❍ Designation of number
❍ Number
❍ Dialling frequency and date
last dialled

Directory entry search

1 Press the [SEARCH] key.
2 Enter the first letter of the
designation to be searched.
3 Press the left [DIRECTORY]
arrow key.
All stored entries beginning with the
selected letter will be displayed in
sequence.
