Rectifying problems
Removing a jammed document
A document is jammed in the fax machine when the display shows
DOCUMENT JAM.
1
Fold the control panel forwards.

Press and hold the green document
release lever while pulling the
jammed document slowly upwards
out of the machine.
3
Close the control panel.
The display will show
OLD CARTRIDGE ?

Confirm this by pressing the
[SET] key.
The standard display will appear.
