Setting the contrast

The contrast of a fax transmission can be set via the software switches.
1 Press the [MENU] key six times.
Confirm your choice via the
[SET] key.
2 Press the [MENU] key twice.
Confirm your choice via the
[SET] key.
3 Press the numerical keys [2] and [8]
for software switch 28. Confirm your
choice via the [SET] key.
4 Enter the code as required via the
numerical keys:
❍
00 (for document with normal contrast)
❍ 01 (for very light document with very little contrast)
5 Press the [SET] key.
The setting is now stored.
6
Press the [STOP] key twice to
return to the standard display.
