Restricting Use of Your FAX

By enabling this feature, you can prevent unauthorised use of your FAX to make calls
and send faxes.

Enabling Restriction of Your FAX

Follow this procedure to enable restriction of your FAX:

Open the one-touch speed dial panel.

Press Data Registration.

Press Set.
4 Use ∂ or ¨ to select SYSTEM
SETTINGS.

Press Set three times.
Use ∂ or ¨ to select ON.

Press Set twice.

Use the numeric buttons to enter a
four-digit password.
• This password prevents unauthorised
access to the LOCK PHONE setting
that enables or disables restriction of
your FAX. If you do not want to enter a
password, ignore this step.

Press Set.
