Disassembly Procedures

NOTE: Remove and replace one Strut Assembly at a
time. Allow Tub to hang with one Rear Strut Assembly
while making repairs.
4. Lift suspended tub assembly and swing Strut through
opening into tub mounting slot.
NOTE: When replacing strut grease according to
instructions provided with kit.

Front Panel Removal

1. Disconnect power supply to unit.
2. Lift Top Cover.
3. Remove 2 screws on the back side of the Front
Panel.
4. Tip the Front Panel forward and lift upward, clearing
the J clips through the bottom of the panel.

Tub Displacement Sensor Removal

1. Disconnect power supply to unit.
2. Lift Top Cover.
3. Remove Front Panel.
Caution: Do not perform continuity check directly on
Displacement Sensor due to the potential for damaging
the microprocessor chip in the sensor.
Note: For diagnostics, refer to the Trouble Shooting
guide located inside the Console of washer.
Note: Observe wire routing before removing Tub Sensor.
Wires must be routed through the wire clips and
strain relief's during reassembly.
