Main Menu
Choose the Main menu by selecting Main in the legend bar on the Main menu
screen. Other Main menu options are available by selecting submenus.
Use the arrow keys to select one of the Main menu options and press
select a submenu. Items with grayed-out text are not available. Explanations of
each menu item are in the following paragraphs.
Displayed Information
The following read-only information is displayed in the Main menu and cannot
be changed:

Language
The installed language appears in the Setup and BIOS text strings. English (US)
is the default. Other choices are French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
ECC Configuration
This menu turns error reporting on (ECC) or off (non-ECC). The menu is
displayed only when ECC DIMMs are detected. The default setting is
Non-ECC

L2 Cache ECC Support
This menu enables or disables error checking. The menu is selectable only if the
system has a 233 MHz or 266 MHz processor. The default setting is
and is the only choice when a faster processor is used.
System Time/Date
This menu sets the time and date. The settings remain in memory even after
system power is turned off.
To set the time, enter the current hour, minute, and seconds in hh:mm:ss,
24-hour format. For example, type
To set the date, enter the current month, day, and year in mm/dd/yyyy format.
