Configuring the Replacement Adapter
To configure a replacement adapter:

Use the manufacturer's setup utility to
configure the adapter.

Boot the IOP in Offline Endurance I/O
Processor Mode.

Access the Network Control Panel to verify
that the network bindings are properly
configured.

If you replaced this adapter because it was
faulted, issue an Endurance Manager
IOPx.Ethernet Enable command.

Reboot the IOP in Operational Endurance
I/O Processor Mode.

If this requires that you boot Windows NT, boot the
IOP in Offline Endurance I/O Processor Mode.
If you are not sure of the configuration settings to
use for this adapter, use the redundant adapter (in the
other IOP) as a reference.
