4.12.3 DEEP CLEAN MODE (BOIL-OUT)
The deep clean mode is used to remove carbonized oil from the frypot.
NOTE: Refer to Kay Chemical "Fryer Deep Clean Procedure" instructions to clean the
LOV™ fryer.
1. Perform steps 1-3 on page 4-24.
