Using WebView
To configure a feature in WebView, click on the feature icon in the toolbar on the left side of the screen.
The first page displayed is the Home Page. Each configuration feature in WebView has a Home Page and
a number of configuration pages. The Home Page provides an overview of the feature and its current
configuration. The configuration pages are used to configure the feature.

Security Warning

The first time you log into a switch using WebView, may see the following security warning:
Click on "Continue to this website (not recommended)" to continue the browser session. A certificate
error message, similar to the one shown below, will appear at the top of the WebView browser window.
At this point, you can decide to do one of the following:
Ignore the certificate error message and log into WebView. Note that by doing so, the certificate error
message will always appear at the top of every WebView browser window; or,
Follow the steps below to install the Alcatel-Lucent self-signed certificate in the Trusted Root Certifi-
cation Authorities store. Doing so will clear the certificate error message.

Click on the certificate error message. A "Certificate Invalid" popup window displays.

Click on "View Certificates" at the bottom of the "Certificate Invalid" popup window. A "Certifi-
cate Information" popup window displays.

Click on the "Install Certificate" button at the bottom of the "Certificate Information" window. This
step launches the Certificate Import Wizard.
