Power Supply Check
Check the power supply LEDs for indications of power supply problems.
1. Turn off the power switch located on the rear panel of the instrument, then remove the top cover.
2. Apply power to the instrument.
3. Using figure 6-32 as a reference, check the power supply LEDs.
Tape is put over the power supply screws that are close to the top cover. If the
tape is missing or damaged and the top cover is installed, the power supply
might shut off. If the power shuts off after installing the top cover, check the tape
on the power supply, shown in figure 6-32.
4. Note problems with the power supply, then return to the power supply flowchart.
