Example 2: Adding a tie to a set of video and audio ties

In the following example, a new video tie is added to the current confi guration.
The steps show the front panel indications that result from your action.
N This example assumes that you have performed example 1.

Press the RGBHV button to toggle on and off.

Press and release the Input 5 button.
The button lights green to indicate that RGBHV
outputs can be tied to or untied from this input.

Press and release the Esc button (fi gure 3-9).
Press the Esc button to clear all selections.

The button flashes once.
To select video only for the tie, if necessary, press and release the RGBHV
button and the Audio button (fi gure 3-10).
RGBHV AUDIO
The button lights green when selected.
Press and release the input 5 button (fi gure 3-11).
INPUTS
Press and release the output 1 button (fi gure 3-12).
Press and release the Output 1 button.
The button blinks green to indicate that only the selected
RGBHV input will be tied to this output.

Press the Audio button to toggle on and off.
The button is unlit or background illuminated when deselected.
The Output 3, Output 4, and Output 8 buttons light
green to indicate the RGBHV ties created in example 1.
