2. Installthe SPREADER CLAMP.Placespreader
between spreaderclamp and bracket. Move
forwarduntilallthreeareinline.TIGHTEN WING
NUTS.
3. Lay a piece of straight flat wood againstthe
sawblade. I nsertfoldedpaperbetween spreader
andstrip of wood.
4. MAKE SURETHE HEX NUTS UNDERNEATH
ARELOOSE•
5. Lift the antikickbackpawlto clearthe woodand
hold the spreader t ightlyagainst t hewood.Make
sure the wood is against the saw blade.
TIGHTEN THEHEXNUTS.
This will alignthe spreader i n the middleof the
cut (KERF) m adeby sawblade.

This will allow
the fence
to slide

1. Loosen
fence
lock
knob
by
turning
counter-
clockwise.
2, Attach
fence
head by placing
head of fence
over
front
ledge
in saw table.
